Refund Policy

A refund or exchange of items is not something we offer unless you receive them damaged from our shipping agent.

We will only give you a refund if we are unable to send you a replacement or if we were unable to complete your transaction due to an item shortage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation

The cancel request for the ordered item will be accepted before dispatch of the item. Once the item is dispatched any cancellation request will be denied.
